IRC Scripts, are softwares used to connect the user to IRC Servers. The most correct term would be IRC Clients, becouse IRC Script itself, is a programming language (scripting languages) used in IRC Clients such as ircii, BitchX, XChat, mIRC, Visual IRC, BersIRC and others. They are only a part of IRC Clients, make commands easier, smaller and groupable, in addition to automating the response to certain events that happen while connected to an IRC Network (group of IRC Servers).
